One Shot Sam was
originally conceived in 1991. At that time is was planned to
be an elaborate Jackson/Shaw production where Scott Shaw
starred as a Private Detective who carried at Single Shot
Thompson Contender Firearm. Other projects came up, and
though an attempt was made by both Jackson and Shaw to bring
up this film, it was not until the end of 1998 that shooting
finally began. This version
stars Donald G. Jackson and Conrad Brooks as two men, a
Private Eye and his unreliable assistant, on a quest to find
meaning in the lost realms of Country Western
