Two New Books by Scott Shaw have recently been released. Scott Shaw's, INDEPENDENT FILMMAKING: SECRETS OF THE CRAFT has recently been released. This book leads the reader through all of the techniques of how to make a feature film, music video, or documentary in the most efficient and pain-free manner possible. Click on the title for more information and to order your copy. THE SCREENPLAYS Scott Shaw is arguably most well known in the film industry as the creator of Zen Filmmaking. This is a style of filmmaking based on the fact that no screenplay should be used in the creation of a film. Early in his career, however, Shaw did write numerous scripts. This book presents several of his unproduced screenplays. Plus, it also presents the screenplay that he wrote for the Cult Film Classic, The Roller Blade Seven. This script was never used, however, as The Roller Blade Seven became the first Zen Film. Click on the title to order your copy. Just Released is a new book titled, The Law of Attraction: Making it Work for You! Authored by Deborah Morrison and Arvind Singh, Scott Shaw wrote the introduction for the book. This is a great book detailing the secrets of some of the most unique films ever made. In the book you'll find details about several films by Scott Shaw and Donald G. Jackson.
