Be Positive
Have you ever wanted something really bad and then one day you come upon it, and you have found it at a price you can afford? Maybe a million other people walked past it, but it was you who wanted it, you who found it, and now it is yours.
The thing about life is, things are only valuable to those who want them.
Have you ever received a really nice gift from someone? You know it cost the person who gave it to you a lot of money, and maybe you understand they were giving you something that they thought you would really like. But, it did not hit the spot. You thanked them, but you had no feeling of fulfillment or satisfaction from receiving it.
Life is based upon what you want. Life is based upon what you seek out. If you obtain what you are looking for, at least in that moment, you may find that sense of satisfaction.
On the other hand, as long as you are seeking it out, there is a sense of the not-having.
This entire ideology goes to the grander scheme of life, as well. If what you are seeking is based in all that is positive, then your life follows a path of positivity. When you receive, you receive something based in the positivity. Thus, all remains well with your life and the world around you. You continue to expand upon that positivity. If, on the other hand, you seek out things that are negative, in whatever form that may manifest, then all that you will encounter becomes based in negativity.
All of this is both very obvious and very subtle. So often, you will find people who are taking in the negative, or unleashing the negative, but then they question “Why me,” when something undesirable happens to them. But, the answer to the question of, “Why,” becomes very obvious, it was they who evoked it! Yet, as most people are very out of tune with the essence of reality, they never can understand the connection. Thus, they simply live their life based in undefined denial blaming others for what they are encountering.
The simple truth of life is that positive is positive and negative is negative. Though many may lie to themselves about what they are saying, doing, feeling, and surrounding themselves with, the truth is obvious if they honestly open up their mind and look at what they are embracing.
To this end, what is it that you embrace on a daily basis? Do you only seek out, watch, listen to, and unleash the positive and shun all that is negative? Or, do you relish in the negative in what you take in and give out?
As the old saying goes, “As ye seek so shall ye find.” Or, as is stated in Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” But, what door are you knocking on?
It is very simple, are you allowing negativity to be a part of your life? If you are, do not be surprised by what you encounter.
