Be Positive
There is always going to be the person who has done something more than or better than you. That’s just the reality of life.
Sure, we can get into the whole discussion of what is better and what is more and all of that kind of stuff. But, that’s not really the reality of this piece.
The fact is, someone people strive to achieve. And, some people do achieve.
Now, achievement can be defined by many boundaries. And again, we’re not going to go into that right now. But, the fact of the fact is, some people do make that effort and achieve that whatever or that something.
So, right now, at this moment, ask yourself, what have you achieved? Be honest.
For some, that list may be long. For others, it may be very short. But, here is the fact of life; with what you have done, you have achieved something. With whatever you have not done, you have not achieved something. Whatever that something may be.
Many people go after and criticize what someone else has archived. Who are the people that behave in this manner? Answer: Mostly, those who have not done and/or those who have not achieve what that other individual has accomplished. But now, ask yourself, if an individual has not achieved, has not accomplished, has not done what that other person had done, how can they, why should they be allowed to be the judge of that person?
If you look around the world, there are all of these people discussing what that someone else has done/has accomplished. Whether this is a university degree, a certification, an achievement, a realization, an artistic or literary creation, a whatever… They talk about it. Yet, they speak about it from the perspective of something that they have not personally experienced. Maybe they never went to a university, maybe they never trained long and hard in a skill, maybe they never created anything, maybe they never achieved anything, yet they talk.
This is where all of life gets convoluted. Because if you have not experienced it, you truly do not understand the reality of that whatever you are discussing.
So, here’s what I suggest… Before you ever speak a word about anything, possess the skillset, the experience, and personally achieve what that person you are discussing has accomplished or created. Because, if you speak without knowing, then what does that make you? I’ll leave you to answer that question.
What this is really all about is you achieving, you becoming more. Even if you have accomplished a lot in your life, you still can become better.
So, instead of focusing your attention on what someone else may have done. You should focus on what you can do and are actually doing.
Instead of thinking and taking about someone else, why not stop wasting your time and focus all of your energy on yourself and BECOME the absolute best, most accomplished person that you can be.
